Happy Birthday Luxe Nail Bar

I can't believe how quickly the year has flown by already. Just last year I had partnered with Lisa at Luxe Nail Bar with my consignment shop for her grand opening event in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Amazing how much can change in 365 days, right?!

This gem is my go-to place for all my manicures and pedicures and honestly, the place where I just go to relax and get centered. I have never been the full body massage girl but I will gladly let someone rub my feet and hands all day long.

NYFW just ended too and I am lusting over so many mani's that I saw. I cannot wait to get into the salon to show Lisa so she can get me all fixed up and ahead of the game here. Of course I am loving anything dark right now for Fall but am already seeing myself wear some of the Spring 2017 trends now. They seem to fit into an all year long category in my opinion. There were so many electric-orange colors, detailed line work, color-blocking, and trend-forward metallic shades and I want them all.

There are some of my fave trends I am dying to try.

  • PROENZA SCHOULER: This free-forming technique is just stunning. I love the abstract designs and feel this would be the perfect conversation starter.

China Glaze: Liquid Leather.

  • RODARTE: Morgan Taylor Lacquer lead artist Tracylee accessorized the nails with "cuticle jewelry" that resembled gold chains, mimicking the collection.Who says nails cannot be adorned too?! I feel like this would be a great look for all those upcoming holiday parties. I mean how adorable are these going to be in all your champagne selfies?!

(Start with a clear base, then use a thin brush to apply Glitter & Gold around the edge of the cuticle.)

  • TIBI: Jin Soon Choi opted for a simple look, painting the models' nails in a single shade ranging from tangerine orange to toffee (and all from the collaboration with goop). I do adore a good electric orange!

  • NOVIS: Nail artist Alicia Torello created this fabulous cheekily minimal cubist nail art and I am obessed.

Soooo excited! Luxe Nail Bar is throwing a little birthday bash this Thursday and there are so many sweet things happening local loves. I will be there too for one hour at the very beginning so come hang and say hello.

So here's the scoop for this Thursday the 6th.

Event is from 4 p.m to close...Get 30% off on your nail services during that time. (the only exclusions are the express mani, polish changes, and designs) If it were me I would just plan on treating myself to a mani and pedi right after work! ( walk in's only, you cannot schedule)

All gift cards will be "Buy One Get One Half Off"... um...hello tell all those men in your life or stock up for yourself for future appointments or treat your bestie to some TLC for her birthday or just because. Us girls need to do a little more of that from time to time.

There will also be door prizes from Kendra Scott, Rustic Cuff, and a gift certificate from Treat  for a full lash set. There will also be drinks and nibbles!

Grab your girl gangs and plan on a girls night Thursday evening. What a fantastic way to jumpstart the weekend.

What mani should I get?
