Ani Phyo's Spicy Avocado Soup

Taking an incredible amount of supplements right now to heal my gut and I am definitely feeling terrible! Pulled out my Ani Phyo recipe book this morning and made a list for the market. I really want to be as kind as possible to me this week and want to give my body a little break from having to think too hard. Her recipes are simple and full of fabulous ingredients! Highly recommend her 21-day cleanse too!

She was inspired to create this when she indulged in a rosemary guacamole while she was on a detoxifying cleanse. The avocado is filling and the smoky chipotle packs the flavor!

INGREDIENTS:

·       1 cup avocado

·       1 tablespoon miso, unpasteurized (any color)

·       1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

·       1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dry

·       1 pinch chipotle powder

·        1 to 2 cups filtered water , to desired consistency

·       1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil

Place ALL ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Best enjoyed immediately!

Sooooo simple, healthy, low calorie, and amazingly delish!
