Daily Morning Wellness Routine For Anxiety And Depression

May is Mental Health Awareness month and I am dedicating at least one post a week to talk about about it! Incredibly excited to share my daily morning wellness routine that has helped my crippling anxiety and depression in partnership with Bryan’s Green Care.

How I start my days :

•Meditation

•A light yoga - stretching sequence to wake the body

•Journaling how I am feeling and what things I want to accomplish for the day
