Making Travel Memories Last Forever With Framebridge
Having come home over the summer from that 6500 mile moto trip northwest with hundreds of photos and videos on my phone.... some of them were uploaded to instagram and of course many of them made it on the blog. I’ve shared a few of our adventures here including some of my personal fave travel diaries from Santa Fe, Aspen, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Montana, and even gorgeous travel destinations in my own backyard of Oklahoma out in Osage County.
So, as you may or may not know, Lin and I love to travel on our BMW motorcycle. Seeing the world from the back of a bike is truly unbeatable. We have a lot of blank space on the walls and are currently sprucing the condo up for various shoots so I recently decided that it would be fun to decorate our guest room with a travel theme –- using our favorite photos from the places that have really grabbed our hearts. I started with two photos as a surprise for my darling. He is a little harder to convince that these blank walls need to not be forever empty.
I worked with Framebridge to create my first two photos of meaningful places. One ...the Tallgrass prairie out in Pawhuska. I snapped this shot of the cutest momma and baby bison crossing the road and just fell in love with the light out there. That prairie is one of my favorite places to pass time. I also chose a gorgeous scene in nature from my favorite place of the whole 6500 moto trek--Silver Gate, Montana. I know it might sound crazy but that little town has carved itself in my heart and mind and I am in love with it.
Being that we are all so digital with our photos, it put a huge grin on my face to see two of my favorite memories delivered as I unwrapped the boxes.
Yes,I said unwrap the boxes!!!
This is the best part about Framebridge, you never have to deal with over the counter framing ever again. It's the first, best, and easiest custom framing solution that doesn't require you to go anywhere actually.
You simply upload your hi-resolution image to their website or they send you a prepaid mailer if you need to send your art in, select the frame, size, mat color, mat size and your done. (They can frame all works on paper up to 32" x 40" and most objects up to 3/8" deep.) And about two weeks later, your perfectly framed memories arrive in the mail. They even include wall mounting materials so you don’t have to make any last minute runs to the hardware store. How fantastic is that?!
Use the discount code GoFrench15 for 15% off of your very first Framebridge purchase. They have every style of frame you can think of but I decided to go with a very simple clean minimal frame for both by prints called the Irvine Slim. I chose to go with a white mat too and think my pictures look so beautiful.
I love the little instagram mini frames so much.
I cannot wait to get some more pictures printed from our other other favorite places ...Chicago, San Fransisco, and Barcelona and really create a whole wall of framed portraits in our guest room.
What sizes should I do?!
What frame do you love best from Framebridge?
Happy framing darlings!!
