Mushroom Tea That Actually Tastes Good
Bravo Tea has just added this new line of Mushroom Wonders teas to their family of herbal teas! And I am so excited. Bravo Tea is a herbal tea brand inspired by traditional Eastern medicine. Their herbs are wildcrafted on their family-owned farm on the Tibetan Plateau.
I love that the herbal teas are always caffeine-free & non-GMO!
In the creation of this line of Mushroom Wonders teas, they were conscious of how these mushrooms tasted, as well as their nutritional benefits. They achieved the perfect balance
between the two by combining roasted herbal leaves with both mushroom extracts & the dried
mushrooms themselves. Some of the mushrooms in the Mushroom Wonders line are wild-grown in their native habitats (chaga and turkey tail from Mongolia,
maitake from Japan). You'll find the wild-grown mushroom logo on the boxes for these teas.
My faves:
•6 Mushroom Defense™ for complete wellness support! A special blend of Chaga, Reishi, Maitake, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps, + Lion’s Mane delivers powerful adaptogens & antioxidants in a delicious blend. This daily tea helps cover all your needs with its rich host of nutrition including immunity, mood, energy, digestion, gut, + liver health. ( so helpful for my recent tummy troubles)
• Chaga Mushroom Tea- The Chaga mushroom has been used for centuries as an herbal tea remedy in Asia, Europe, + North America. Humans have been using Chaga since ancient times and it has been found at archeological sites dating as far back as 3400 BC. Known as Cinder Conk or Black Mass Mushrooms, Chaga was used by the Finnish to replace coffee when beans weren’t available. TheIr Chaga mushrooms grow wild on the bark of mature birch trees in Siberia’s cold climate. This is the perfect tea to start your day!
•Lion’s Mane is a rare, beautiful organism native to North America and Europe. The mushroom, identified by its stunning white plume formations, are crucial in the ecosystem of forests by breaking down the nutrients of their host trees & recycling their nutrients into the soil. Rich with nutrition that is unlocked when cooked, Lion’s Mane is the perfect companion for caffeine-free focus.
