National Picnic Day With FABRIQUE DÉLICES

Wine, bread, olives, French charcuterie from FABRIQUE DÉLICES, fruit and a little pique-nique under the sky ...

It’s National Picnic Day and I hope to encourage everyone to pack up their lunch and take it outdoors.
Copying the French lifestyle has become my complete joie de vivre. Staying true to their carefree way of living, Parisians take the fuss-free route with their picnics. I wanted to concentrate on grabbing high-quality food and having a low-key tête-à-tête, the true Parisian way.

The key to a French pique-nique is of course a good choice of bread. Choose a freshly baked baguette, picked up that morning from the “boulangerie” in your neighborhood. And I love to add fresh fruit!

Pack plenty of cured meats – which make tasty sandwiches, and some exquisite rillettes to spread on slices of bread.

Today I will be enjoying the PORK RILLETTES - a combination of All-Natural shredded pork meat, pork fat seasoned and cooked “Confit style” with my baguette. ( cannot wait to dive into that .. the texture is truly beautiful ) I will also be devouring sliced duck prosciutto along with the dry cured chorizo. I love those with the crackers from FABRIQUE DÉLICES . They are lightly flavored with some organic olive oil and grey salt they will not overpower your toppings.

With over 100 different products including All Natural Pâtés, Mousses, Duck Confit, Magret, Duck Rillettes, Boudins, Sausages, Truffle Butter, Macarons, Cornichons & much more...
