When my friend Cait jumped on the Peloton train and got her bike, I didn’t realize they also had an app that hosts an entire library of fitness classes ranging from strength to yoga to stretching and more. You can stream classes through a family plan, but they also offer a 30-day free trial for anyone who wants to try it out. It’s an easy way to squeeze in 5 or 10 minute arms and abs class to re-energize me during work breaks, or get a little extra cardio in after a run. The instructors are super engaging and the music is always on point. I am still trying to see if I want to pull the trigger on investing in the bike!! ( I miss indoor cycling so much) But the Peloton app is so awesome!

Like I mentioned barre is just my absolute favorite and I was so tired of using chairs and stools and kitchen counters for my workouts so I saw this “Booty Kicker” on my friend’s Instagram stories and was so intrigued (partly because it was portable- we live in a small condo and have zero room) that I ordered one for myself!

The Booty Kicker is made of steel with nickel plated accents, and a hinge design for folding flat. (All you have to do is remove the metal bars, and it folds flat to be stored under a bed.)
The Booty Kicker holds 3 sets of weights, has rolling wheels, and gripping feet for both hardwood and carpet floors.

The Booty Kicker is soooooooooooo STURDY. I can put my entire body weight on the Booty Kicker and it does not move at all! It also has storage for my hand weights so I can quickly and conveniently access them during my workouts! And they do not have to live in my linen closet anymore!
The final assembled size of the Booty Kicker is approximately 38″ tall, 38″ wide, and 34″ deep. When folded, it is 34″ deep, 38″ wide and 5″ tall with weight rack (3″ tall without weight rack). The wooden barre is 36″ off the floor.
