Celebrating a very special birthday today for my bestie Jen. And it got me thinking about friendship...real loyal friendship.  Let’s face it, in the real world, female friendships can be tricky. Like romantic relationships, they often break up due to things like growing apart, having a major blowout, and jealousy. 

There are so many things I love about Jen but the things that stand out the most are the values we share. She is such a positive force in my life.  She is constantly pushing me to be better, but accepts me for where I am currently. She values thoughtful conversations and listens to all opinions even if we are not seeing eye-to-eye. Annnd trust me, we have our moments where we see things so differently....
