Irish Soda Bread Recipe

Scenes from this Saint Patrick’s Day ... all while daydreaming of Ireland's emerald fields, craggy cliffs, oceanside vistas, winding tree-lined roads, crumbling ancient castles, and white sheep! ( no, I have never been but I watch enough movies and badly badly want to visit one day!)

Here is my first #IrishSodaBread smothered in Kerrygold Irish Butter and I am pretty sure this is what dreams are made of!

Excited to prepare an amazing Irish Ale Potato Cheddar Soup ( made with Kerrygold ‘s Aged Cheddar) with Beer Battered Leeks and an Authentic Irish Apple Cake for dinner tonight! 🇮🇪
