The Dry Shampoo I Cannot Live Without
It’s been a while since I’ve shared my favorite beauty products of the month! Mainly because I haven’t changed many things in my beauty routine but I am trying out a few new things that I will be posting about soon! Today, I wanted to share my absolute favorite dry shampoo I cannot live without! I shared it on stories a few weeks ago but wanted to dedicate today’s post on why I’m loving this dry shampoo and how I use it!
First off..I cannot live without dry shampoo! I have been plagued with the oiliest scalp and hair so dry shampoo is a non negotiable for me. Dry shampoo and a blush…those are the two items that are always with me.
I’ve tried several dry shampoos and I have discovered good ones and some really bad ones but a month ago I was introduced to MISSIO ‘s Coconut Cleansing Powder. It’s an all-natural dry shampoo that’s formulated with all-natural powders which I really love! It soaks up oil, refreshes my locks and adds light volume to any hair type. With the uplifting scent of coconut, grapefruit, and a hint of mint, you will fall in love! Green tea and bamboo powders soothe, condition, and promote a healthy scalp.
How I Use the Dry Shampoo and Why I Love It
I usually wash my hair every 3 or 4 days and use the dry shampoo in between washes. It absorbs excess oils and leaves my hair looking super fresh like I just washed it! I prefer using it before going to bed when I know my hair will be oily the next day. Before applying, I shake the bottle really well, then I section my hair and sprinkle the powder a few inches from the scalp. The I take my fingers and rub the powder into my scalp!. Since I have dark hair, this dry shampoo does leave a powder residue so by using it at night, the powder is completely gone by morning. I don’t have to reapply it throughout the day and it’s the only dry shampoo that is working for me right now!
