Keeping Your Dog’s Kibble Fresh With Gamma2 Vittles Vault

So lately we have been buying Henry and Melvin’s kibble in bulk to save some money and avoid unnecessary trips to the store. Tulsa is under a #SaferAtHome order to help not spread Covid 19 so we really only allowed to go to the store once a week but we are taking things even more seriously and are only going to the store once every two weeks. Our dogs go through one bag of food a week so just recently I went ahead and purchased 4 bags of dog food. We needed a proper way to store the food so it doesn’t go stale or get broken into by our little mischievous pets! (oh boy do I have a story for you for a later time)

So we are thrilled to partner with Vittles Vault! We have the Vittles Vault Outback Stackable Food Storage Container and are here to tell you all about all the amazing features and why we love it!!

What day and time is it everyone?!!! I truly feel as though I am living in a twilight zone for the last few weeks. I have been self isolating for almost 2 full weeks now and as a natural introvert I am really not going to stir crazy yet! But I will tell you my anxiety is at an all time high so I have been struggling lots. I have been doing anything and everything to keep panic attacks at bay and am trying to get sleep even though that has been very challenging. One thing I have been reminded of is how much aromatherapy helps me!!!!!

How To Get A "French Girl Look" Using Non Toxic Cosmetics

In the U.S., women are looking for quick fixes that leave their skin dry, peeling, or damaged, so they’re buying more makeup, and the difference is that American women find skin care complicated, with many steps, and the French secret is more about simplicity! Would you agree?!

One product you typically won’t find in a French woman’s makeup bag? Foundation.

French women seemingly live by "less is more" in all aspects of their beauty routines. The makeup must not be obvious, but rather enhance rather than cover up

Spring French Playlist/ Françoise Hardy

I am so excited to have found a record shop that actually stocks French albums!!!!! Be sure to check out Tunnel Records + Beach Goods in the Outer Sunset area of San Francisco. This Francoise Hardy album is just too good to not share with you so I threw it up on Spotify.

From the very beginning of her career, Hardy exuded an indefinable otherness, which set her apart from her contemporaries, singers like Johnny Hallyday and France Gall, whose manufactured sound defined the yé-yé style that characterised French pop in the early 1960s. Her songs, however jaunty they sounded, often evinced a kind of dreamy sadness – “I walk down the streets, my soul in sorrow” runs a line in her debut hit single, Tous les garçons et les filles.

Day Trip To Napa From San Francisco

Lin and I have driven through Napa on one of our long distance moto adventures but wine and motorcycles are not a good pair!!!!! So when we booked my 40th birthday trip to San Fran, I thought it would be fun to take a day trip to Napa. But hmm…renting a car…well that doesn’t really solve the whole wine driving situation. And I was not interested in staying overnight with such limited time in my fave city. So I did some research and discovered The Napa Valley Wine Train!

The 36-mile Napa Valley Wine Train through California’s wine country runs from Napa to St. Helena and back, bringing you not only a gorgeous view, but also a delicious multi-course meal and delectable wines.

Marin County Getaway - Mill Valley & Tiburon Travel Diary

We stayed in Tiburon all though you could easily stay in Tiburon or Mill Valley!! Both are very nice - main difference is that Mill Valley is inland and Tiburon is on the water, so the question is would you prefer a “foresty” feel (Mill Valley), or a seaside one (Tiburon). Either way you can't lose...! In Tiburon you have the very lovely walk along the shoreline at "Blackie's Pasture" and it's a great place to picnic/read the Sunday paper, if it's warm out. Main street (with killer bay views, is far more appealing than MV's downtown. There are nice restaurants/bars with decks overlooking the bay and SF. Sam's restaurant with its deck views of the bay is a local treasure (packed during happy hour/Sunday brunch) although not inexpensive. But is anything inexpensive in California?! LOL! WHERE TO STAY
