It has been such an incredible journey and Sweet Defeat has really really proven to work for me. I know so many of you have been so anxious for my results so ta-da.... here’s what happened…
I booked a trip to Maine this November traveling the coast from Acadia to Boston and I could not be more excited. Traveling Maine's rocky coastline surrounded with fall foliage has been on my bucket list for ages and ages. I just cannot wait to visit the quaint seaside towns along the way. I know that these Atlantic shores of this northeastern state have plenty to offer and I am ready to take it all in for two glorious weeks. Awe--give me all the chilly sea breezes and local seafood.

For me, nothing symbolizes the carefree days of summer quite like a day spent lounging poolside with sweet love, sweet friends, and my sweet pups doing nothing more strenuous than taking a dip to cool off when the sun gets a little too hot, or maybe heading inside to get everyone another round of cocktails. These triple digit days here are just insane and the only way to survive them is in a body of water!
